Gout Relief - Fast Gout Pain Relief Using Celery Seeds

Fast gout relief is a necessity because the pain is so excruciating. But if you don't like drugs, you can get natural gout pain relief with celery seeds.

First, let's look together at what causes your pain when you have a gout attack. The pain and inflammation is actually caused by your body's inflammatory reaction to the deposition of uric acid crystals in your joints. These crystals are formed when there are high levels of uric acid in your blood.

And most gout victims use drugs to reduce the inflammation and get gout pain relief. But, their side effects, such as vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, stomach problems, ulcers, bleeding, etc., can put people off and they turn to natural gout remedies. Celery seeds are just one of many...

Celery seeds contain many natural anti-inflammatory agents that make them ideal for reducing inflammation and relieving gout pain.

And, because they are a diuretic, they help your kidneys flush uric acid from your body, further helping to relieve the symptoms of gout.

To take them you have to make them into a 'tea' first...

Add a tablespoon of the seeds into two cups of water and bring to the boil. Boil until they are soft. Then strain the seeds out of the water.

Drink one cup of the celery seed tea four times per day. You should stop when your symptoms have been eliminated.

Important note: Celery seeds are a diuretic and as such should not be taken by anybody with kidney disease or other kidney problems. And for the same reason pregnant women should not use this remedy either.

Many gout sufferers report that celery seeds are effective natural remedies for gout symptoms.

But, what they cannot do is prevent your gout from returning. They can certainly provide gout relief during an attack, but, not prevention.

Prevention is so very important because of the possible permanently damaged joints and kidney problems that they can produce.

And, bear in mind, that someone who has suffered just one gout attack, is then odds-on to have more attacks.
